California Home Buyer Sues Agent

David Streitfeld of the New York Times is reporting that Marty Ummel, a home buyer in California is sueing her Real Estate Agent for advising her to buy at an over inflated price.  She claims that her agent did not show her similiar houses that were less because his commission was in jeopardy.  The case goes on trial Monday.  This could be a sign of things to come as buyers that purchased at the peak of the market are trying to cope with their potential declining value.  [Full Story]
