100% New Construction and Rehab Financing

Cornerstone Mortgage is now able to offer 100% construction financing.  The product is a one-time-close construction to perm.  Self General’s are allowed.  This product is available for rehab’s and new construction.  We also have added lot loans to our portfolio.  The minimum credit score for the program is 620.  There are also No Ratio loan programs available.

Credit Requirements |100% requires 700+ | 95% requires 620-699

Loan Amount | 100% up to $700,000 | 80% no limit to loan amount

These programs offer 1 , 3, and 5 year Arms with rates from 5.125% - 5.500%.  This product is better than any local bank in St. Louis.
